Walbro In-tank Fuel Pump Accessories
If you can't find your vehicle on the application chart of the intank page, take a look at these parts. Maybe you can find something you can use.
The GSSxxx Walbro pumps don't have simple terminal lugs for power connections. Walbro makes a special snap-in connector that plugs into the pump. A significant number of vehicles will plug right into the pump, but some don't. A 12-inch wiring pigtail w/ two fuel-resistant butt connectors is $5.00.
A 42-inch wiring pigtail w/ two fuel-resistant butt connectors is $6.00.
Some kits come with a foam sleeve to help isolate the pump and keep it from flopping around. The GSSxxx pumps are 39 mm in diameter. To make the pump larger, so it will fit in certain holders, or to dampen some of the noise, you can put the pump in a foam sleeve.

Some applications [LT1 F-body, GTP, Cavalier, etc.] have a pump module with a flexihose in it. About the only way to get a pump in there is to destroy the flex hose. Have no fear; We have that flex hose. It's only $3.00 from APE.
If you need to put a piece of high pressure hose in your fuel tank, be sure it's rated for in-tank use [SAE J30R10]. Your typical parts store high pressure EFI hose is only rated for outside the tank used [SAE J30R9]. That hose will turn to mush in no time. A six-inch piece of 5/16 SAE J30R10 hose is $3.00.
You'll probably need a couple hose clamps if you get the J30R10 hose or the flex hose. We have some in case you don't want to bother with running down to the hardware store. These stainless #4 hose clamps are $0.60 each.
If you put the GSS242, GSS307, or GSS340 in a custom application you're going to need a pickup filter. If one of the kits below doesn't have a filter that will work, here is a small, flat pickup filter that's only 4 inches long and 2.25 inches wide. These filters are $4.00 each.
Here's a pickup filter for the F20000169 pump. it is 4 inches long and 1.625 inches wide. These filters are $4.50 each.
If you need a pickup filter for a GSS250, GSS278, GSS315, GSS317, GSS341 or GSS342, we carry a few.
